Thank you for your interest in Eco-Scents fundraising opportunities for Non-Profit and Tax Exempt groups.

All of our candles hand-poured in small batches to ensure that our products have a good, strong scent from start to finish. Our candles are hand-made in Depew, New York, all supplies are purchased from U.S. companies and our wax is formulated in the Midwest from Nebraska and Iowa soybeans.

Fundraising with Eco-Scents Soy Candles couldn’t be easier. Our 9 oz. hex jar candles sell for $10.00. Choose any 12 scents from our scent list and tell us how many packets you need to be delivered for group and the dates you wish to run the fundraiser. We will also need a copy of your groups tax-exempt certificate, if applicable.

Most groups sell for 2-3 weeks. Your participants should collect the payment from their customers in advance. You keep 50% of each sale ($5.00 per candle) and remit our 50% by organization check upon delivery. You will receive your candles, PRESORTED in 21 days or less from date of order placement.

We do not charge for delivery and there is no minimum to place an order. We are also available for distribution upon request. Our goal is to make your fundraiser as low-stress and profitable for your group as possible.

For groups of 100 or larger, ask about a custom incentive program at no additional cost to the group!
