Thank you for your interest in Eco-Scents fundraising opportunities. As a local company who only deals with local groups and individuals in the Western New York area, we are able to fine-tune each fundraiser to your needs. All of our candles hand-poured in small batches to ensure that our products have a good, strong scent from start to finish. Our candles are produced in Depew, New York, all supplies are purchased from U.S. companies. Our wax is formulated in the Midwest from Nebraska and Iowa soybeans.

Fundraising with Eco-Scents Soy Candles couldn’t be easier.  Our 9 oz. hex jar candles sell for $10.00.  Choose from our "Bestseller" or "Holiday" scent list and tell us how many packets you need to be delivered for group and the dates you wish to run the fundraiser.  We will also need a copy of your groups tax-exempt certificate, if applicable.  Most groups sell for 2-3 weeks. Your participants should collect the payment from their customers in advance.  You keep 50% of each sale up front ($5.00 per candle) and remit our 50% by organization or personal check when placing your order.  You may also pay upon delivery with certified funds; cash or bank draft.  You will receive your candles in 21 days or less from date of order placement.

We do not charge for delivery and there is no minimum to place an order.  Your order will be pre-sorted or sorted by our organization on-site at your request.  For groups of 100 participants or larger, we are also available for distribution upon request.  Our goal is to make your fundraiser as low-stress and profitable for your group as possible.
